Questions, answered
Which features do the paid plans gate?
None. Pro and Team both include the complete app. The plans differ only in seats and how you pay. The Free tier is deliberately small: a first look at your tables with key-condition querying, inline edits, and 25-row import and export, on any number of basic profiles. Everything else is a paid feature, and every paid plan has all of it.
How do Team seats work?
Team is priced per seat, with a 3-seat minimum. Seats belong to your organization, not to a person: when someone leaves, reassign their seat to the next teammate from the organization dashboard, with no repurchase and no support ticket.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Download the app and start using it. Every feature is available during the trial, and no account is required to begin.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Subscriptions can move between monthly and annual at renewal.
Where do my credentials live?
On your machine. Dynomatic reads your existing ~/.aws profiles in place and stores any credentials it manages in your OS keyring. Nothing leaves your machine.
Who handles payments?
Payments and licensing are processed by Polar, the merchant of record. Dynomatic never sees your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is wrong, write in. Between the free tier and the 14-day trial the goal is that you never pay before you are sure.
